Have you ever looked at your dog and wondered what she was thinking? Or what her life was before she met you? I thought it would be fun to write about each of the dogs I've had growing up, but from their perspective. It's part fiction and part fact- the parts I don't know, I'm filling in with what I imagine. Simple as that!
It all started in 2009. My love for dogs. Well, that's not true, I'd always loved dogs (animals in general), but living on a farm meant no inside pets. It wasn't until about 2009 that I started to truly get to know the joys of having a dog. How smart they are, how great they are as companions, etc. That's when I decided to bring Lily to live with me in my new apartment in Ann Arbor. Having just graduated college, and starting my first "real" job, I finally felt financially stable and mature enough to take on someone who depended on me. And that's where the journey begins...
